• Preparation of a 60 page (approx) business report outlining the 25 traits of a successful business and areas that your business needs to address, including specific solutions.  Areas evaluated in this report include Financial Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Debtors Management, Business Continuation, Corporate Wills & Owners Agreements, Management Skills and Processes, and Exit Strategies.
• 1.5 hour (approx) meeting with one of our Stratacore Specialists to put in place an “Action Plan” to improve your business.
• Access to specialist training days where appropriate for your business.
