How You Could Fit Into Our Team . . .
Graduate Accountant
You may have little accounting experience, but bring with you a confident, common sense approach to solving problems. You enjoy learning skills from the ground up, a real willingness to learn, and exceptional attention to detail. You would proactively help the principal meet time sensitive targets and enjoy working in a team environment. Your progress in this role will only be limited by your ambition & ability.
Intermediate Accountant
Have you worked in public practice for the last two to five years? Would you like to bring you skills to the next level and enjoy contact with clients? For this role, you need to be ambitious, have a high degree of attention to detail, and be committed to learning and continual improvement. You enjoy working as a part of a team, and contribute to the team’s efficiency and productivity.
Senior Accountant
Are you ready to mentor and inspire a team of budding professionals? You would have around five years of experience in public practice, and the genuine desire to help clients create and manage their business. You have common sense, take a commercial approach to solving problems, and a willingness to immerse yourself in a thorough understanding of a highly specialised niche market. You are efficient, productive, and also willing to help your team become even more so.

Senior Financial Planner
It is likely that you are an experienced financial planner, and ideally have at least completion of the ADFS or Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP also will be highly regarded).
The most critical aspect of your success in this role will be your proven ability to secure significant new business while providing top class service to existing clients, primarily in the SMSF sector.
Your ethical standards will be without question and the results that you deliver for your clients will be supported by the volume of referred business that you enjoy.
You have above average relationship management skills, enjoy taking clients through the financial planning process and want to work for a fee for service business.
You may be a rising star in a larger organisation and want to have more control of your own destiny; equally so, you maybe a sole practitioner who is keen to work with a highly experienced team who are customer centric in all they do.
