By the end of 2000, recognising the need to bring together additional solutions to our clients’ range of wealth creation and management needs, Greg joined with Rob McGregor to launch Holman McGregor Financial Services. Our Management Rights division was launched in January 2003 in response to this growing industry on the Sunshine Coast. Headed by Tony Rossiter, CA , this unit provides specialist accounting, taxation and financial management advice to managers of strata title developments. The next addition in the development of Holmans’ wealth management services was the addition of a Lending division, which was launched in June 2003. The division is managed by Jon Colley, a qualified accountant with many years experience with one of the big four banks, where he worked in both residential and commercial lending. In 2004, to celebrate our 10th anniversary we admitted our senior managers — Tony Rossiter and Kym Chomley — as partners. As we look strategically to the next 5 years of Holmans, we are planning to offer new services to maintain our proactive approach to finding the best solutions for our clients’ wealth management needs. We now offer personal risk insurance as part of Holmans Insurance Services. Managed by Adam Rogers, this division offers to our clients a complete range of personal insurances, including trauma and personal disability, income protection and life insurance.
Thanks to our team of highly qualified specialists, our goal is to work proactively with each and every client as partners in their financial future. This ‘partnership philosophy’ has taken the firm from its beginnings as an owner/operator practice established by Greg Holman in 1994 with just 3 clients, to the high profile it currently enjoys in the Noosa community and the Sunshine Coast. We are committed to the ongoing education not just of our team members, but our clients also.
